Responsibilities &amp; Tasks:
<ul>
<li>Attend to queries and manage exceptions to ensure E2E to delivery is as promised by working closely with all relevant stakeholders</li>
<li>Be proactive in keeping the customers informed and providing solutions and willing to go the extra mile when required, covering but not limited to bookings, shipment changes, space, equipment, schedule/network adjustments, products and local market related matters</li>
<li>Onboard and guide customers so that it is simple for them when working with Sealand Asia and in this connection promote and drive adoption of self-service and digital features that can benefit customers</li>
<li>Identify and upsell L&amp;S opportunities in particular</li>
<li>Seek out continuous improvement opportunities that mutually benefits both customers and internally</li>
<li>Where relevant and necessary be the focal or part of the team that prepares and implement global projects</li>
<li>Continuously upskill self to ensure competencies required are evident</li>
