Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Deliver prepared sales scripts to persuade customers to purchase or make appointments.
• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
• Answer questions about products or services and handle objections effectively.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Stay informed about product updates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing or sales is a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
