• Attend to customers and provide friendly customer service.
• Assist customers with Gashapon machines, token/payment usage and general enquiries.
• Replenish Gashapon machines and ensure products are properly displayed.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with stock receiving, counting and inventory checks.
• Perform cashiering, payment and daily sales transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the Gashapon retail area.
• Perform basic checking and troubleshooting of Gashapon machines.
• Report machine faults, damaged products, stock discrepancies or other outlet issues to the supervisor.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support promotional activities, new product launches and retail events when required.
• Perform other retail and operational duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates / school leavers are welcome to apply.
• Retail experience is an advantage but not required; training will be provided.
• Friendly, responsible and comfortable dealing with customers.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.
• Able to handle stock and perform light physical work such as replenishing machines.
• Must be willing to work on a rotating shift basis.
• Able to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays according to the duty roster.
• Punctual and has a good attendance record.
• Interest in Gashapon, collectibles, anime or pop culture is a plus.

Working Hours

6 days per week / 45 working hours per week

Morning Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Break: 1 hour unpaid meal/rest break
Rest Day: 1 day per week according to roster
