Job Description

I. Technical Validation & Failure Analysis

1. Assist with SSD IC testing and verification, including circuit diagram drafting (using OrCAD).
2. Early-stage testing and verification for mass production products; late-stage analysis and resolution of anomalies (failures/defects); and establishment of a problem analysis database to reduce the probability of recurrence.
3. Customer RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processing and failure analysis.
4. Business travel to client sites is required to resolve customer technical issues and provide feedback to relevant internal departments.
5. Replicate customer-reported issues and assist vendor (supplier) product testing.

II. Project Management & Communication

• Project management between the customer and team members on project planning.
• Facilitate technical communications between the customer and team members.
• Managing regular customer communications and associated action logs.
• Maintain quality technical documents such as test reports, FA (Failure Analysis) reports, and product specifications.
• Drive improvements to development processes for a more efficient cycle across product development and manufacturing.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related fields (e.g., Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering)
• Strong foundation in electrical theory. 
• With practical skills in circuit design (OrCAD) and familiar with Multimeter, Oscilloscope and Soldering Iron usage.
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux OS installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux environments via command-line interface (console).
• Good communication skills.
