Job Description

1. Act as technical communication window between R&D team and customers; Coordinate across departments to help PM convey and collect information and reduce errors.
2. Accompaniment of program schedules, keeping track of events and contributing with actions, ideas and technical discussions for the project to achieve the milestones within the expected deadlines without compromising the product and/or project requirements; 
3. Correlation of customer specification requirements vs company products, assessment of the differences specification, evaluation of required actions and associated impacts in order to meet customer requirements; 
4. Coordinate the actions for solution of problems and elaborate related documentation with help of MaiStorage technical teams within specified due date and with expected level of details and quality

Job Requirements

1. Fresh Grads are welcome
2. Good interpersonal skills
3. With Software Engineering or Computer Science background
4. Proficiency in Project Management Tool (Confluence, Jira)
5. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
6. Fluency in multilingual is a plus
