POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Responsible for streamlining the creation, negotiation, execution, compliance, storage, and renewals contract within an Airport . 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTION

• Compile and prepare all documents, drawings and requirements for preparing, co-ordinating and monitoring service contracts consisting of cleaning, grass cutting, landscape, disposal of garbage and pest control.
• Prepare grass cutting, cleaning, landscaping, garbage disposal and pest control tender evaluation, and submit the tender evaluation paper for APC approval .  
• Monitor the performance and prepare Monthly Certificate Of Payment of grass cutting, cleaning, landscaping, pest control and garbage contract. 
• Organized Monthly meeting and Compile issues raised by airports in the minutes of meeting for cleaning, grass cutting, landscaping, garbage disposal and pest control contract. 
• Prepare the letter for the appointment of Superintending Officer Representative (SOR) for cleaning, grass cutting, landscaping, pest control and garbage contract. 
• Prepare the necessary documents and requirements for releasing the performance bond for cleaning, grass cutting, landscaping, pest control and garbage contract. 
• Issuance of Insurance and work Permit for Contractor working in Airside area.
• Compliation, preparation and submission of report of monthly SMS Data by Operations unit
• Preparation and disemination of monthly Flight schedule for BKI.
• Maintaining Operations units records and filing system.    11. Preparations and submission of Monthly ASCPP data, Efficiency data and MAVCOM data.
• Preparation and submission of monthly passenger traffic statistic.                                                                                                

Key Challenges

• To achieve the objectives of Airport
• To achieve the KPI;
  • To ensure that KKIA Comply with international SARPs
  • To fulfill the requirements by airlines, aircraft operators, cargo operators, flying academy, ground handlers and airport agencies;
  • To ensures service level provided by cleaning, grass cutting, landscape, garbage disposal and pest control service providers meet the service level according to the contract document/agreement;
  • To meet customers satisfaction dealing with operations division. 

Skills

• Timelines is cruicial for the position as most of the tasks assigned are to be completed after end of each month.    

Relevant Industries

• Diploma with at least 2 years experience in Duty Operations Roles in airport related operations

•  Possess basic knowledge on airport operations management 

Education

• Diploma in any discipline preferably in Engineering / Management / Transportation/Quality Surveyor (QS)

• Diploma in Airport Management (Added advantage)
