Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
To assist the Senior Operation Officer in the monitoring of the Terminal operations; Airside operations and to ensure compliance with all related documents
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Ensure highest standards of cleanliness in the terminal building and ensure cleaning contractor follows the contract
- Ensure all facilities/equipment are operational at all times
- Ensure all charges are paid promptly
- Ensure all directives being carried out and obeyed for the smooth running of terminal operations
- Receive payment on all security charges example airport passes; escort charge and vehicle/driving permit
- Carry out survey for airport efficiency evaluation
- Report any incident/accident to Head of Operations immediately
- Carry out any directives given by airport higher authority.
Key Challenges
- To ensure highest standards of cleanliness is achieved according to the standard set by the management (daily inspection of all toilets is required)
- To handle and resolve all customers complaint
- To coordinate with other units as to ensure all facilities provided are in good working condition
Skills
- Possess basic knowledge on Airport Operations Management
Relevant Industries
Preferable diploma with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
Education
Diploma in any discipline preferably in Engineering/ Management/ Transportation
