Job Description

POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

To oversee Compliance issue for MASB Sarawak/Sabah/Nothern region and assist to coordinate with Compliance unit such as Quality Management Unit , MAHB , Safety Health and Environment Unit, MAHB and etc  

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

  • To facilitate execution, maintenance and continual improvement of the overall integrated management systems
  • To facilitate meeting or consultation session with airports
  • Compile and summarize on QA issues/initiatives (e.g. problem solving, PDCA concept, survey analysis, identification and escalation of significant QA issues) from Airports team
  • To conduct periodic reviews, assessment, surveillance and/or adhoc audits on all certified processes and systems
  • Compile and summarize audit reports, track corrective actions/ preventive measure and analyse audit data for management reporting system as well as update for management meeting
  • To close findings/NCR audit from CAAM/DOSH/DOE/Internal Audit/SIRIM/ICAO/MAVCOM by follow-up with airports 
  • Compile and analyse actions from the customer  feedback, complaints and ASQ/ACSPP results
  • To identify potential and preventive risk regarding Risk assessment/ HIRADC/ Aspect & Impact 
  • To ensure effective implementation of accident / incident reporting and investigation
  • Ensure smooth implementation of OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 certifications program

Key Challenges

  • Streamline the reporting process between headquarters and MASB airports
  • Ensuring the NCR finding is closed withithin targeted date
     

Skills

  • Posses Good Communication, interpersonal and consultative skill
  • Good Supervisory skill
  • Ability to analyze data and provide related recommendation
  • Good in written and spoken of Bahasa Malaysia and English, and must be computer literate.
  • Customer service oriented with pleasant personality.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Posses analytical & Critical Thinking . Attentive to details and possesses investigate nature.
  • Knowledge of legislative aspects/Regulatory

Relevant Industries

 

  • Degree in Law/Economic/Business/Finance or any equivalent 
  • Minimum pointer 3.0
  • Added advantage if master in Compliance in Airport experience

Education

Degree in any discipline, preferably in LAW/Business Administration Management/Finance/Economic
