POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

Identify solution that able to meet the business needs and goals, audit findings and system requirements with a focus on quality, technology, target date, and cost. Involve in system performance analysis for continuous improvement and problem prevention. Clearly and effectively transmits technical and business concepts, ideas, feelings, opinions, and conclusions orally and in writing. Listens attentively and for comprehension.  Anticipates, identifies, and defines problems. Seeks root causes. Develops and implements practical and timely solutions. Able to understand business issues and provide recommendation for improvement

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks that relates to Integration (MB and Data Power', Airport Operational Databases (AODB) and Operational Information System (OIS)
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for problem management report
• Ensuring security and efficiency of the system and work with MAHB’s IT Security Officer
• Manage , coordinate and resolve the vulnerability assessment  for the system with MAHB’s IT Security Officer
• Manage, coordinate, resolve and attend configuration, technical meeting with other stakeholders such  DFTZ and U-Custom integration  and airlines
• Coordinate, prepare document and resources  and perform testing with all integrated system
• Provide advise for integration design for new integration to other stakeholders/system
• Strong communication skills
• Managing IT operating systems, particularly Windows and AIX. 

Key Challenges

• Unable to use the expected qualification and assurance of the information to quantify the accuracy metrics of the analysis.
• IT not aligned with the business IT value management lacking the support and commitment of senior management.
• Costs, benefits and risks of IT-enabled business initiatives unclear or misunderstood.

Skills

• Abilities to organize and prioritize work, respond to conflicting business needs, and work collaboratively with a group of people especially system administartor of systems integrated to MAHB 
• Effectively exchange information in order to interpret the needs of business user, respond to their needs, achieve user
• Able to analyze issues within a specialty ares and evaluate alternatives to achieve quality and technical solutions that support thoe rganization

Education

External

• Degree in Computer Science or Informationm Technology with minimum 3 years relevant experiences in System Support and Administration role on IBM Message Broker and Data power, Oracle Databases and  AIX System Administrator

Relevant Industries

EXTERNAL

• Degree holder with minimum CGPA 3.0 and minimum 1 year relevant experience.

Unique Requirement

• Experience in Message Broker and Data Power System Administration and Configuration
