Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY
- To manage IT Passenger Processing Systems application support and maintenance services for systems implemented throughout the MAHB group to meet high-level serviceability and continuous enhancement.
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS
- Strong in passenger processing software design, development and testing methodologies.
- Substantial knowledge and exposure to ITIL and SDLC Frameworks.
- Provide technical advice and guidance on the solution architecture and design.
- Develop and implement support strategy to optimise, digitalise and improve operations efficiency.
- To provide effective communication to management and stakeholders on requirements, operations, projects, risks, issues and mitigations.
- Responsible for developing, implementing, and supporting the applications, cybersecurity enhancements, expansion, and integrations.
- Ensure efficient reporting, incident, problem, change management, and request fulfilment to meet the operations SLA.
- Oversees and supervises projects assigned to ensure effective implementation and compliance with organization policy and procedures.
- Analyse and implement the proactive operations support and monitoring and increase the maturity level.
- Ensure high quality of deliverables and services through close cooperation between the project manager, contractors, and business users.
- Ensure the growth in subordinates' personnel skills and competencies.
- Responsible for unit budget (CAPEX and OPEX) management.
- Oversees the unit compliances for Integrated Management System (IMS), Quality Management System (QMS), 5S, SOP, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) and other related documents for certification.
- Oversees adherence and compliances towards MAHB policies, rules and regulations by all stakeholders and contractors.
- Any approved deliverables assigned by MAHB IT Division top management that can impact the MAHB businesses.
Key Challenges
- Must have in-depth knowledge and experience in airport passenger processing system operations, project management, stakeholder management, business analyst, requirement engineering, effective communication plan and system support and maintenance skills that required to translate the business case into the system requirement and vice-versa.

Education
External
- Degree preferably with in Information Technology, Computer Science, related or equivalent field
- Experience in Airport Passenger Processing Systems Management would be an added advantage
Relevant Industries
External
- Degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Experience in:
- Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)/IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Framework
