POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY

• Execute the maintenance works as per maintenance plan as well as to supervise the maintenance works so as to achieve the specified maintenance standards; best practices and quality and to ensure the serviceability and reliability of facilities as well as operational efficiency and cost optimization.        

ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

• Ensure the execution of maintenance works according to the maintenance plan to maintain operational efficiency.
• Ensure high standards and quality of maintenance work in accordance with best practices to ensure serviceability, reliability of facilities, and cost optimization.
• Assist in analyzing system performance to identify trends in facilities and equipment breakdowns and recommend continuous improvement actions.
• Assist in analyzing cost implications of operations, maintenance, and repair activities to recommend budgetary adjustments.
• Utilize SAP to check auto-generated work orders for preventive maintenance, create work orders for corrective maintenance, and update the system with completed work to maintain accurate records.
• Create scheduling agreements in the SAP system for contracted preventive maintenance to ensure timely service.
• Manage and monitor contractor performance in executing maintenance works to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assist in preparing specifications and compiling information for establishing contracts, repair work, and development projects to support project execution.

• Execution of tests to determine whether equipment, software, or procedures are operating as expected.
• Proposal on problems solving and involvement in preparation of the incident report.

• Knowledge in the latest technology on World Class Maintenance  Management and project management
• Knowledge of contract management i.e construction, legal and value engineering

Relevant Industries

Preferably 1 year minimum working experience with related field.

Education

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or related with Civil works
• SPM/SPMV or STPM with SKM (Level II in Engineering (Civil or related)
