Job Description
- Preventive maintenance machine activities for CCM, WTP, Ladle & Slide gate
- Daily machineries and equipment breakdown maintenance
- Project engineering support
- Make recommendation on the possibility of machineries and equipment modification and upgrading order to prevent man-hour losses due to prolong and frequent Machineries and equipment breakdown and hence assist maximize production output.
- Plan, implement, monitor and ensure that the Mechanical Preventive Maintenance Program is carried in accordance to the approved schedule.
- Promote quality and safety awareness and responsibilities among members of the department.
- Ensure that the company Quality Procedures and Work instruction are implemented and maintained in accordance with ISO 9001
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time
Job Requirements
- 6 months of working experience in a factory
- Minimum SPM level and above.
- Have good eyesight and hearing
- Able to communicate in English (read, write and speak)
