Job Description

• Assist the Finance team with day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.
• Assist with payment processing, including document verification and reconciliation.
• Prepare and update invoices and related financial documentation.
• Support subscription reconciliation and payment tracking.
• Assist with SST documentation, submissions, and related payments.
• Assist with intercompany reconciliation and account checking.
• Maintain and update the fixed asset register.
• Assist with financial reporting, documentation, and record-keeping.
• Perform other ad hoc finance and accounting duties as assigned.
  

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must have a valid internship placement letter from the university/college.
• Candidates who are able to commit to a minimum of 4 months of internship will be given priority.
• Strong attention to detail and good numerical accuracy.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Responsible, proactive, and eager to gain practical experience in finance and accounting.
