Job Description

 

  • Staff Leave Management : Verify and update daily staff attendance (Online and hardcopy)
  • Recruitment End-to-end recruitment: Involve in hiring process (Internship , Full-time), screening CV's ,interview scheduling with candidates and hiring managers, perform follow-ups with hiring managers on candidate selection, verbal offer to candidates, preparation of employment contracts.
  • Onboarding Involve in the new hire process by obtaining signed offer letters, liaising with HOD’s , preparation of onboarding kit ,coordinating with HOD’s/Leads on seating arrangements for new comers. Ensuring they have all the necessary items needed. Update internal databases with new hires’ data.Coordinating New joiner’s company photoshoot. 
  • Offboarding Ensuring all staff company access logins are terminated or transferred upon checking with the relevant HOD’s. Property asset management, ensuring all company owned assets are returned to the HR Department & ensuring internal database for asset tracking is up to date.
  • HR Ad-Hocs Assisting the HR department on employee related matters, addressing employees’ queries. Maintaining employee records (filling hard & soft copies).
  1. Upkeep all documentations (eg - Medical Certificate, Claims, Certs and other necessary documents for filling)
  2. Preparing Employment Contracts for New Staffs (CFS & COS) / Interns/ Part Timers
  • Employee Engagement Planning and assisting with monthly staff activities & company events. Dealing with catering vendors & event set up (PA System & Event Space). Coordinating & maintaining healthy work relationships with the relevant departments.

  • Demonstrated abilities to effectively manage hiring needs and closing job vacancies on a restricted timeline.
  • Ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Highly organized and detailed team player
  • Continuously support the Human Resource department in ensuring operations are run smoothly.
  • Maintained attendance records within a healthy level without any lateness or uninformed absenteeism
