Human Resources & Administration
- Â Assist with attendance and leave management
- Â Support recruitment for interns and full-time staff
- Â Screen CVs and coordinate interview arrangements
- Â Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents
- Â Assist with onboarding and employee records management
- Â Support offboarding processes and company asset tracking
- Â Maintain HR documentation and filing systems
- Â Assist in employee engagement activities and company events
Building Management Support
- Â Coordinate with vendors and contractors for office maintenance
- Â Monitor office facilities, equipment, and workplace upkeep
- Â Support administrative tasks related to daily office operations
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or related fields
- Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with Google Workspace / Google Sheets
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Minimum 3-month internship (preferred)
