1. Manage key accounts and develop new accounts on the agreed market & product segment.
2. Drive business to achieve the assigned portfolio accordingly to the budget given.
3. Maintain & develop existing and new customers database and account portfolio.
4. Organise CME, KOL's meeting and marketing activities to promote products portfolio and build up good reputation with KOLs users.
5. Identify, qualify and follow up opportunities within territory in early sales cycle.
6. Develop strategies to grow businesses.
7. Willing to learn, expose to challenges and working independently.
8. To cover the Selangor & JB account.
9. Coverage - Includes Private & Government Hospitals where products are related.
10. Able to work and support on weekends when is only required.
11. Being a team player within the sales team and working closely.
12. Will be working in OT when its required.
13. Reporting to superior and coordinating planning.
14. Required computer literate (Words, Power Point & Excel)

Job Requirements

1. Degree in Bachelor of Sciences, Chemistry, Biology or business studies.
2. Minimum 2-3 years working experience in medical sales related field.
3. Multi-lingual (English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin) will be added advantage.
4. Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
5. Responsive, self-motivated, committed and sales driven.
6. Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation.
