Job Description

Oversee the end-to-end student recruitment portfolio under the Academic Affairs Team, Education Division by driving student recruitment initiatives (onsite and online), engaging prospective customers, and guiding them throughout their enrolment journey towards achieving the recruitment target.

This includes managing organic and paid campaigns, manage lead qualification, nurturing and conversion processes, organise public engagement initiatives such as Open Days and partner events, and other related initiatives. In achieving this, you are expected to be independent and where necessary, work collaboratively with other departments to continuously enhance the student recruitment experience while representing MIDP as a trusted soft skills transformation institute.
