Job Description
- Assist the Purchasing team with daily purchasing activities and documentation.
- Assist in preparing Purchase Orders (PO), Purchase Requisitions (PR), and related documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
- Perform filing and other administrative tasks related to the Purchasing Department.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Internship duration: 3–6 months. Starting in September or October 2026.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Willing to learn and able to work well in a team.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions.
