Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Design and develop new tooling for Stamping and Plating processes.
• Review, improve, and modify existing tools to enhance performance, quality, and productivity.
• Analyze customer product drawings and evaluate feasibility using existing tooling and manufacturing processes.
• Propose design changes, alternatives, or improvements when products cannot be manufactured using current tools or processes.
• Prepare and maintain engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with customers and suppliers on technical discussions, tooling requirements, and problem resolution.
• Support production, quality, and engineering teams in troubleshooting tooling and process issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to tooling design and manufacturing efficiency.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good understanding of engineering drawing interpretation and mechanical design principles.

Added Advantages (Preferred)

• Experience in Tooling, Stamping, and/or Plating processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of GD&T.
• Knowledge of Lead Frame manufacturing and Semiconductor Assembly processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
