Job Description

We are seeking a qualified candidate for a contract-based Customer Support with the possibility of permanent position located in Malaysia. This role entails providing assistance to clients through email, phone, and live chat; therefore, excellent communication skills are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and a creative approach to resolving customer inquiries.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails and live chat.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial, or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. 
  • Required Skill(s): Admin, Customer Services, Client Services, Project Management, Data Entry, Office Management, Telephony Skills, Excel
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support/Back Office Support or equivalent.
