Job Description

We’re hiring for a Customer Support role based in Malaysia, and we're open to both full-time and contract applicants—whether you're looking for a steady position or something more project-based, we’d love to hear from you. The role involves helping clients via email, phone, and live chat, so strong communication skills are key. We’re also looking for someone who can think creatively and find smart solutions to customer issues. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails and live chat.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers


Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial, or equivalent.

  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English. 
  • Required Skill(s): Admin, Customer Services, Client Services, Project Management, Data Entry, Office Management, Telephony Skills, Excel
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support/Back Office Support or equivalent.
