Job Description

The candidate is responsible for continuously maintaining the company’s brand aesthetics, internally and externally. This role will involve all aspects of marketing and advertising including performing market research, market analysis, and maintaining customer relationship management tool. The successful candidate will be an innovative, out-of-the-box thinker who strives for design excellence and enjoys challenges. The candidate must also seek to have a broader role in the business success by being involved in strategic marketing function.

  • Responsible for the overall visual aspects of an advertising or media campaign, as well as internal marketing.
  • In charge of all visual design aspects, from concept to copywriting to final delivery.
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts across different mediums, e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, Websites, Email Marketing, and other related marketing platforms. 
  • Understanding of current trends and design guidelines.
  • Assist in the management of social media pages (posting, scheduling, responding to messages, and so on). 
  • Assist with translation for email marketing, press releases, websites, etc.
  • As a part of marketing team, you will need to assist with administration work as and when given by your immediate superior.

Job Requirements

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design/Advertising, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
  • A strong portfolio of graphic design must be submitted as a reference for design capabilities.
  • Sound knowledge of SEO optimisation, Google Analytics 
  • An ability to do video editing or animation is a definite advantage.
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia (added advantage)
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
  • Creative and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to learn new knowledge and skills.
  • Team player.
  • Problem solver.
