Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Malaysia! This role is open to both full-time and contract applicants, so whether you're after something long-term or more flexible, we’d love to connect. You’ll be supporting marketing campaigns, creating content, managing social media, and working with different teams to keep our brand message consistent.  Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Track campaign performance, analyse results, and provide reports with key insights.

Content Creation and Management:

  • Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Develop and manage engaging social media content across various platforms.
  • Assist in content creation for websites, email marketing campaigns, and other channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.

Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new marketing opportunities.
  • Analyse data to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.

Event Planning and Coordination:

  • Organize events, trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee communication.
  • Support the execution of webinars and other virtual marketing events.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and marketing agencies to execute marketing projects.
  • Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and service providers.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Maintain marketing databases and promotional materials inventory.
  • Track sales data and generate reports for management.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as Google Analytics, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
