Job Description

We are looking for a person with confidence and great customer relationship skills. Someone that is able to create a bond with the client, over the phone, which means they must have excellent listening skills.
You must be self-driven and ambitious. If you are looking for an open environment to work in and are hungry to achieve, we would like to speak with you. You should also have good clarifying skills.
As a Sales Representative, you are required to manage your clients, build customer relationships and know your products well.

Remuneration Package: Basic Salary plus OTE - Commissions and Bonuses (No Ceiling on Commissions)

Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field. If you have none of these qualifications, we will accept a proven track record in sales.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Speaking Mandarin/ Cantonese is an added advantage.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Experience in Telesales or knowledge in the financial investment field is a plus.
Training will be provided but the ability to pick information up and the drive to learn about products and services is essential.
Required Skill(s): Telephony Skills, Customer Relationship Management, Relationship Management, Sales, Selling.
Preferably someone specialised in Sales - Financial Services (Brokerage, Investment, Insurance, Unit Trust, etc.) or equivalent.
