Job Description

We are seeking someone who is results-driven and self motivated for a Telemarketing Executive role to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking to prospective clients who have indicated interest in the product. You will be introducing financial products and services, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into active customers. You will need a good command of the English Language as these clients are not Malaysian.  

The candidate will work closely with the Sales and Management team to execute telemarketing campaigns, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve individual and team sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
  • Introduce and promote the company's financial products and services.
  • Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful deposits and sales.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through professional communication.
  • Follow up on enquiries, leads, and customer requests in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly activity reports.  

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in Telemarketing, Telesales, or a related sales role.
  • Prior experience or in depth knowledge of the Finance, Investment, Banking, Insurance, or related industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications is an added advantage.
  • First month to work from office - 10am - 7pm
  • Following months WFH - 3pm - 12am
  • Monthly once to come to office, for meetings and trainings
