Job Summary

We are seeking a vibrant, engaging, and charismatic Live Stream Host to join our team.  As a Live Stream Host, you will play a pivotal role in representing our new e-commerce initiative by planning and delivering engaging, entertaining, and informative live-streaming experiences on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok.  You will be responsible for building a loyal audience, driving product awareness, and boosting sales through dynamic and interactive sessions.  Your creativity and passion will help shape our online presence from the ground up, ensuring a consistent and compelling message that resonates with our target audience.  This role is an exciting opportunity to combine entertainment and sales while contributing to our growth in the digital commerce space.

Job Responsibility

·        Host engaging live streaming sessions on Shopee, Lazada and TikTok, focusing on introducing and selling beauty and home care products.

·        Highlight key product features, benefits, and value propositions to enhance the shopping experience.

·        Actively engage with followers during live sessions, responding to comments, questions, and feedback in real-time.

·        Maintain a fun, informative, and engaging live shopping experience while ensuring professionalism.

·        Consistently represent and uphold the brand image and tone throughout live sessions.

·        Prepare scripts and showcase products according to the promotional plan and target goals.

·        Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align promotions, messaging, and content strategies.

·        Drive audience growth and increase live streaming viewership.

Job Requirements

Requirement

·        Minimum SPM holder.

·        Prior experience in live streaming, hosting, sales, or content creation (preferably on Shopee, Lazada, Tik Tok or other social platforms).

·        Required language(s):  English & Bahasa Malaysia.  Other languages would be a plus.

·        Creativity and commercial awareness especially in beauty, cosmetics, and personal care products.

·        Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and social media.

·        Team player with pleasant personality and good interpersonal and communication skills to establish good working relation with internal and external parties.

·        Thrive within a team environment with the ability to work independently.

·        Confident, camera-friendly, and engaging personality with strong communication skills.

·        Ability to think on your feet and handle audience questions within the live stream.

·        Has natural on-camera charisma and confidence.

·        Enjoys explaining product features and benefits in an engaging way.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

·        Experience with live streaming equipment setup (camera, lighting, microphone).

·        Understanding of TikTok and Shopee live streaming features and best practices.

·        Familiarity with engagement metrics and analytics on social platforms.

·        Basic troubleshooting abilities for common streaming issues.
