Business Development

• Seek and qualify leads from showrooms, trade fairs, referrals, and online inquiries to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare tailored proposals and clear quotations that match client needs and project scope.

Client & Project Coordination

• Meet clients, conduct site assessments, measurements and brief the design team to align scope and budget.
• Manage follow ups through project handover to secure satisfaction and referrals.

Sales Operations

• Keep accurate records in CRM, track conversion metrics, and report on monthly sales performance.
• Negotiate pricing, close contracts, and coordinate with procurement and installation teams.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in interior design, renovation, furniture, or related fields.
• Diploma or degree in business,marketing or related discipline preferred but not mandatory.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of renovation processes, materials, and basic cost estimation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic quotation or estimation software.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communicator with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Client-focused, organised, and able to manage multiple site visits and follow ups.
