As an Interior Designer you'll be the Builder who turns concept into clear plans and visuals, from initial sketches to 3D models that contractors can work from.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Design & Concept

• Produce concept sketches, mood boards, and 3D models that reflect client needs and site conditions.
• Select materials, finishes, and furniture that balance aesthetics, budget, and usability.

Technical Documentation

• Create accurate AutoCAD plans, elevations, and construction details for contractors to follow.
• Develop SketchUp models and visualisations to communicate design intent clearly to clients and teams.

Project Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to track progress and resolve on-site queries.
• Support cost estimates, scheduling, and sample preparation to help projects stay on time.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
• 0 years experience, suitable for fresh graduates or candidates with internship experience.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Proficiency in 3D Modeling and SketchUp (3D Modeling Software).
• Strong AutoCAD skills, with practical knowledge of space planning and material selection.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Clear communication with clients and contractors, and a collaborative mindset in a small team.
• Good time management, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn on the job.
