Seeking an enthusiastic, results-driven procurement professional to support and deliver solar projects by managing the end-to-end purchasing process, ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies, fostering strong supplier relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality supply for renewable energy initiatives.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Identification and Evaluation: Research, identify, and evaluate potential suppliers based on quality, pricing, reliability, and compliance with industry standards.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with key suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of materials and optimal pricing arrangements.
• Contract Negotiations: Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms to maximize value and mitigate risk.
• Supplier Audits and Performance Reviews: Conduct regular audits and performance evaluations of suppliers to ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company quality standards.
• Purchasing and Order Management: Manage the end-to-end procurement process include export and import processes, ensuring timely ordering, delivery, and inventory management of materials.
• Market Research: Continuously analyze market trends and industry developments to ensure competitive pricing and sourcing of materials and services.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the renewable energy or construction sector.
• Experience with negotiating contracts, managing suppliers, and handling large-scale procurement projects is an advantage.
• Must have export and import experience.
