Job Description

 Responsibilities:

  • Achieve agrochemical product sales targets and drive market demand in line with the company’s sales and marketing strategy.
     
  • Conduct field visits to estates and farms to promote products and provide technical support to existing and new dealers.
     
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with farmers, distributors, plantations, and agricultural cooperatives.
     
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
     
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to educate customers on the company’s fertilizer and agrochemical solutions.
     
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
     
  • Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and trade events as required.
     
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective targets and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

 Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
     
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the fertilizer, agrochemical, agricultural, or oil palm plantation industry.
     
  • Strong knowledge of fertilizers, crop management, and agricultural practices in Malaysia.
     
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
     
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
     
  • Able to work independently and travel frequently within assigned regions.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
     
  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
