Salary: RM3000-RM5000 basic + commission

Join our top interior design firm as a Senior Interior Designer! We seek candidates with 3–5 years of experience to assist with projects. We want Chinese female candidates between 26-40 years old.

Responsibilities

1. Client Consultation:

• Conduct initial consultations to understand clients’ design preferences, needs and budgets
• Develop and present design concepts and proposals that align with client expectations.

2. Sales Development

• Follow up with potential clients and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth

3. Design and Presentation

• Create detailed design plans, including floor layouts, colour schemes, furniture selection, and material specifications.
• Utilize design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) to produce visual presentations for clients.

4. Project Management

• Monitor project progress and address any issues to maintain high standards of quality and customer satisfaction

5. Customer Service

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design and sales process, from initial contact to project completion
• Address client feedback and make necessary adjustments to designs and plans to ensure client satisfaction

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar programs.
• Creative with strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop unique design ideas.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively. 
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and able to work independently, as well as in a team.
• Possess own transport to travel to project sites as required.
