Maria's Steakcafe is a western restaurant that specializes in serving tantalizing beef steaks. Our first outlet in Ipoh has been around for 22 years. Currently, we have a total of 4 outlets; 1 in Ipoh and 3 in Klang Valley. When you walk in, we strive to put a smile on our customers face by exceeding expectations in the quality of our food and in our heart-warming yet professional service. Hence, nothing fancy, all we want is for every customer to indulge in a true taste experience.

Mission Run all Outlet Operations smoothly to ensure high customer service satisfaction (4/5) and high staff performance (7-10).

Be the Area Manager! You cannot operate without knowing all the details of Outlet Operations
<ul>
<li>Know every single task of each staff and ensure accountability</li>
<li>Know Maria’s products thoroughly, including food &amp; beverages and making of beverages &amp; desserts&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all staffs follows the rules and regulations of the company</li>
<li>Manage outlet maintenance, upgrade of equipment and licenses renewal are scheduled and up-to-date</li>
<li>Ensure sufficient stock and storage space at all outlets at all times</li>
<li>Ensure sufficient crockeries at all times</li>
<li>Ensure inventory lists are updated</li>
<li>Ensure high level of cleanliness of restaurant and staff</li>
<li>Read comprehensively on beef steaks and have as advance knowledge</li>
<li>Support all marketing &amp; operation initiatives and ensure executed accurately</li>
<li>Prepare End Reports Timely- closing, marketing, daily, monthly, etc.</li>
<li>Responsible for high staff morale – retention, counselling, crisis management</li>
<li>Handle all customer’s complaint</li>
<li>Conduct minimum 1 staff training bi-monthly per outlet, inclusive of Role Plays</li>
<li>Train staff to have the ability to upsell to increase average spending per head.</li>
<li>Complete One Audit per month per outlet</li>
<li>Manage beverage cost</li>
<li>Problem solving skills, independently </li>
</ul>
