 Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Client Acquisition: Identify leads, sell digital marketing courses, build strong client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate deals to meet sales targets.
• Customer Support & Relationship Management: Communicate with clients, track campaign performance, provide ROI insights, and resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaboration & Teamwork:  Work with creative, operation, and marketing teams to achieve marketing goals.
• Administrative & Reporting: Maintain sales reports, CRM records, and provide sales performance updates to management.

Job Requirements

 Skills and Qualifications

• At least diploma graduates
• Well literate in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in social media marketing platforms and tools
• Sales & closing skills

Bonus Skills

• Graphic Design such as Canva, Photoshops or AI tools
• Basic Video Editing such as JianYing/Capcut, AI tools
• Digital marketing knowledge

Preferred Experience

• Background in sales
• Familiarity with content creation, short video marketing and online promotional tools will be an added benefit
• Able to communicate well with customers - equipped with 

Location: Kota Damansara (MRT and Bus Station available)

Working hours: 5 days per week; 9am - 5pm, with rotational shift
