Job Description

The After-Sales Engineer is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services post-sales. They collaborate with internal teams and customers to address issues, optimize product performance, and uphold service standards.

Job Descriptions:

  • Carry out professional after-sales support duties such as troubleshooting.
  • Serve customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential new customers.
  • Work closely with counterparts, factories, or principals from different regions to ensure smoother operations, address costing issues, and optimize sales results.
  • Provide professional technical support to our customers.
  • Study, understand, and learn from competitors' aftermarket solution offers and adapt them into the company's strategy accordingly.
  • Assist the sales team with any pre-sales inquiries.
  • Perform product testing to better understand the product.
  • Execute local sales plans (short-term, mid-term, long-term) in line with the company's strategy to maintain and develop existing customers and acquire new ones.
  • Provide input to the manager on customer needs, business trends, and competitive situations in the territory.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • Preferably with at least 3-5 years of experience in aftermarket sales, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Sensitivity to dealers' and customers' expectations, with a good business sense and understanding of business processes.
  • Able to work independently and handle pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possess own transportation and be willing to travel frequently nationwide or overseas for sales-related purposes if necessary.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
