Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Semiconductor Sales Representative to drive sales of our semiconductor products in an assigned territory. You'll prospect new clients, nurture relationships, and achieve sales targets. Your strong technical knowledge and sales acumen will be pivotal.

Job Descriptions:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate contracts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and provide feedback.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential new customers.
  • Work closely with counterparts, factories, or principals from different regions to ensure smoother operations, address costing issues, and optimize sales results.
  • Study, understand, and learn from competitors' solution offers and adapt them into the company's strategy accordingly.
  • Execute local sales plans (short-term, mid-term, long-term) in line with the company's strategy to maintain and develop existing customers and acquire new ones.
  • Provide input on customer needs, business trends, and competitive situations in the territory.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in any field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Semiconductor sales market.
  • Sensitivity to dealers' and customers' expectations, with a good business sense and understanding of business processes.
  • Able to work independently and handle pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Possess own transportation and be willing to travel frequently nationwide or overseas for sales-related purposes if necessary.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
