Job Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
• Assist customers with product orders, returns, and exchanges.
• Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer management system.
• Process customer transactions, such as refunds, adjustments, or cancellations.
• Upsell or cross-sell products and services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex customer issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction after issue resolution.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
• Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product changes.
• Meet or exceed customer service targets, including response times and satisfaction ratings.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior staff or management when necessary.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
