Job Description

• Product Listings and Catalog Management: Assist in creating and updating product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.), ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and high-quality images.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitive products, and industry best practices. Present insights to the team to help improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
• Digital Marketing Support: Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid social media ads, and SEO. Assist in creating content for product pages, blogs, and social media platforms.
• Data Analysis: Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer engagement, and sales performance. Help create reports to improve decision-making.
• Customer Service Support: Handle basic customer inquiries and issues related to orders, returns, and general inquiries across various communication channels (email, chat, etc.).
• Inventory Management: Help monitor and track product stock levels, working with the team to ensure that inventory is updated on the website and systems.
• Order Fulfillment Assistance: Assist with order processing, including managing orders, coordinating with the logistics team, and ensuring timely shipment.
• Social Media & Content Creation: Assist in developing and scheduling posts for social media platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer loyalty.
• Product Photography & Visual Content: Help with visual content creation (photoshoots, product images, videos) for online listings and promotional materials.

Job Requirements

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Skills & Experience:
  
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon, or eBay is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, MailChimp, etc.).
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Attention to detail and an ability to work independently.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with photo-editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) is a plus.
