Job Description

• Assist the IT team with hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
   
• Provide basic technical support to end-users (e.g., resolving printer, network, or system issues).
   
• Help maintain and update IT documentation and inventory records.
   
• Support system updates, backups, and data migration tasks.
   
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions.
   
• Participate in IT projects and contribute to system testing or development tasks.
   
• Monitor system performance and report irregularities to senior staff.
   
• Learn and apply cybersecurity best practices in daily tasks.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
   
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
   
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts.
   
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
   
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
