Job Description

  • Recruitment Strategy and Planning
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Talent Sourcing and Networking
  • Utilize multiple sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, referrals, etc.) to find qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future openings.
  • KOL sourcing.
  • Candidate Screening and Interviews
  • Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers
  • Work closely with hiring managers to streamline the hiring process and ensure the best candidate selection.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview techniques, candidate evaluation, and offer negotiation.
  • Offer Management
  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, ensuring a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
  • Negotiate salaries, benefits, and other terms of employment in alignment with company policies.
  • Employer Branding
  • Promote the company’s culture, values, and employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Attend job fairs and networking events to represent the organization and engage with potential candidates.
  • Reporting and Analytics
  • Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
  • Track and report on key hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and techniques to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.
  • Suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance the candidate experience.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR role (1 years preferred).

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and job market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Familiar in E-commerce and digital marketing industry will be advantages.
