Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Video Content Marketer to plan, produce, and optimize video content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation. This role requires strong storytelling, video production skills, and an understanding of digital marketing platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and create engaging video content for websites, social media, events, and campaigns.
   
• Develop video concepts, storyboards, and scripts aligned with marketing goals.
   
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos using professional tools and software.
   
• Optimize video content for different platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
   
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and event teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
   
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize video strategies for higher ROI.
   
• Manage video libraries, assets, and publishing schedules.
   
• Stay updated on video marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
   
• Proven experience in video production and marketing.
   
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc.).
   
• Strong storytelling, creative direction, and visual communication skills.
   
• Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and digital advertising.
   
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
   
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
   
• Portfolio of past video projects is required.
