Job Description

  1. Ensure the shop is clean, tidy, and welcoming before opening hours.
  2. Assist the Bridal Consultant during customer gown selection and fitting sessions.
  3. Arrange and manage customers’ appointment schedules, including fitting dates, collection dates, and return dates.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries through social media and online platforms.
  5. Perform gown cleaning after gowns are returned.
  6. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor. 


Job Requirements

  1. Able to read, write, and communicate in Mandarin.
  2. Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  3. Female candidates ONLY. 
  4. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  5. No prior experience required as training will be provided.
