Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Colleague Tech team at Marsh McLennan. This role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. 

You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for supporting and maintaining the Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity tools for the organization. 

We will count on you to: 

  • Provide administration, maintenance, and engineering support for the Microsoft 365 environment and related applications including but not limited to OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, Power Platform 
  • Maintain and support licensing models and related processes 
  • Actively manage ServiceNow ticket queue and escalations 
  • Create and maintain engineering and process documentation 
  • Monitor service health and maintain Microsoft message center and roadmap activities 
  • Serve as a technical resource on projects and mergers & acquisitions activities 

What you need to have: 

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience 
  • Demonstrated strong understanding and knowledge across the Microsoft 365 environment, related applications, and integrations 
  • Experience in the Microsoft 365 platform, including but not limited to Office 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Viva Engage, Power Apps, Power Automate 
  • Experience with PowerShell, API, and REST services integrations 
  • Knowledge of Azure AD and Intune 
  • Ability to multitask across project work and business as usual activities 
  • Self-motivated professional able to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment 
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills 

What makes you stand out: 

  • Proven experience in Level 2/3 support in large-scale enterprise Microsoft 365 Administration, Maintenance and Engineering Support.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ticketing tools in managing service requests and escalations  .
  • Additional certifications or training related to Microsoft 365, Azure AD, or related technologies.
  • Driven and ability to think out of the box.
