Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Windows Server Platforms team at Marsh & McLennan Technology. This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Windows Server System Administrator

We will count on you to:

• Manage and maintain service performance through diagnosis, monitoring and troubleshooting
• Investigate root cause of system failures and propose corrective actions to prevent future occurrence
• Ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures, documenting
• Work well across technical teams globally and be able to collaborate with senior team members to present new ideas.
• Display strong critical thinking skills whille in high pressure situations to resolve high severity technical inicdents.
• changes to the Enterprise Service infrastructure following ITIL best practices
• Analyze operational data to identify and plan necessary remediation
• Collaborate across technical teams globally and present new ideas to senior team members.

What you need to have:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer with min 10 years of experience in infrastructure support of Microsoft Server environments on physical, virtual and public cloud platforms
• High-level (fluent) verbal and written English communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization, including senior managers.
• Hands-on experience with large Azure or AWS public cloud environments.
• Working experience with Active Directory and Identity & Access Management
• A commitment to working across technical teams globally, including flexibility with working hours for collaboration.
