Junior SEO & GEO Executive

Marvant Evolutions is a AI-driven performance marketing agency helping brands grow through smart, data-led strategies. We specialize in paid media, content, and growth execution, all built on measurable ROI. As we scale our digital capabilities, we’re looking for a well-rounded Junior SEO & GEO Executive to drive organic growth across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about SEO, AI search, analytics, and automation, with a strong understanding of website optimization, content strategy, and performance tracking.

Core Responsibilities

1. SEO & GEO Strategy & Execution

• Keyword, Prompt & Competitor Research: Conduct keyword & prompt research, as well as search intent analysis to identify high-value search opportunities and content gaps.
• On-Page Optimization: Implement SEO best practices for meta tags, headings, URL structures, internal linking, image optimization, content hierarchy, and schema markup
• Technical SEO: Perform comprehensive SEO and AI Search audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexing issues, broken links, Core Web Vitals, site speed, and other technical SEO improvements. 
• GEO & AEO Optimization: Optimize websites and content for AI-powered search experiences by implementing GEO & AEO strategies that improve visibility, citations, entity recognition across ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude & other LLMs.
• Off-Page SEO: Execute white-hat link-building & backlink acquisition strategies, manage local SEO listings, and improve website authority through high-quality outreach.
• Content Creation: Research, write, optimize & publish SEO-friendly & AI-friendly blog articles, landing pages, FAQs & knowledge-based content.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay up to date with Google algorithm updates, AI search developments, and emerging SEO/GEO best practices. Continuously test new optimization techniques & recommend innovative strategies to improvement client peformance.
  

1. Web Analytics & Reporting

• Performance Tracking: Monitor organic traffic, keyword rankings, AI search visibility, website health, and conversion rates using Google Analytics 4, Search Console and SEO tools.
• Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, Google algorithm updates, and AI search developments to identify new growth opportunities.
• Performance Reporting: Prepare monthly/quarterly SEO performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders.
  

1. Website Support

• Website Management: Update and optimize website content via CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) while ensuring SEO, GEO & AEO best practices are consistently implemented.
• Website Optimization: Recommend improvements to website structure, internal linking, user experience, and call-to-action placements to improve search performance and lead generation.
• AI & Automation: Utilize AI tools and automation platforms to streamline reporting and repetitive workflows.

Job Requirements

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and uncover insights from website performance and traffic patterns.

Eagerness to Learn: A proactive learner who is passionate about keeping up with the latest developments, trends, and updates in Google algorithms and the SEO industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an advantage.
