Job Description
The preferred candidate should have interest in performance marketing & numbers. You will collaborate with a team of 1-2 individuals to suggest solutions for clients' branding and digital requirements. You will be responsible for developing and overseeing digital marketing campaigns, managing social media campaigns, analyzing web data, and communicating with clients to ensure campaign success.
Job Requirements
Key Learning for Performance Marketer
- Proficient in running Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, and Shopee Ads (Shopee Ads is a plus point)
- Proficient in using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Capable of making decisions for client performance
- Strong experience with Google Search Ads, Google PMAX, Facebook Advertising, Instagram Advertising, TikTok Advertising, and Email Marketing
- Proficient in reporting and running A/B tests
- Experience with lander CRO
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and critical thinking with strong problem-solving skills
- Great attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong sales copywriting skills in English & Chinese
