Job Description

Marvant Evolutions is a performance-driven marketing agency helping brands grow through smart, data-led strategies. We specialize in paid media, content, and growth execution all built on measurable ROI. We’re expanding and looking for a sharp, hungry, and entrepreneurial Business Development Executive to drive new client partnerships and strategic growth.

We are seeking a Sales & Executive to help with Marvant’s expansion:

  • 70% focus: Drive new SME clients (SEO, SEM, Meta Ads packages, Website Development and Social Media Management)
  • 30% focus: Manage partner relationships (onboarding support, retention check-ins, monthly meetings and potential upsells)

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Sales (70% focus):

  • Actively prospect and qualify SME leads through cold outreach, referrals, and networking (targeting 50–100 new connections).
     
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client goals and recommend ROI-driven marketing solutions.
     
  • Develop proposals, handle negotiations, and successfully close new client deals.
     
  • Consistently achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
     
  • Assess client needs and present customized strategies that align with their business objectives while meeting performance benchmarks.
     

Account Management (30% focus):

  • Manage a portfolio of up to 10 active client accounts.
     
  • Conduct both scheduled and ad-hoc meetings, presentations, and proposals as needed.
     
  • Ensure strong client retention through proactive relationship management.
     
  • Provide strategic advice and recommendations tailored to client goals and marketing priorities.
     
  • Oversee smooth onboarding for new clients.
     
  • Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities to expand client value.
