We are looking for a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing (Meta / Google) to plan, execute, and optimise paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. Job Description

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (And any other relevant platforms) to achieve clients’ business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and implement optimisation strategies to improve ROAS, CPA, CPL, and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Develop performance marketing strategies based on client goals, target audiences, budgets, and market trends.
• Conduct audience research, keyword analysis, A/B testing, and performance experiments to identify growth opportunities.
• Work closely with creative and account management teams to develop effective ad creatives, messaging, and campaign strategies.
• Monitor advertising budgets, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients.
• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while ensuring campaign quality, timely execution, and measurable results.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform developments, and new opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Previous experience working in a digital marketing agency is required.
• Proven track record of managing paid advertising campaigns and achieving measurable marketing results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with performance marketing metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPL, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts, advertising budgets, and campaign priorities.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in reporting tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Experience managing overseas or global advertising accounts across different markets.
• Experience in cross-border campaigns, international audience targeting, and multi-market budget optimisation.
• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, landing page optimisation, and marketing analytics.
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and automation to improve campaign efficiency.
