 The Role 

Content Creation: 

• Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Collaboration: 

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and marketing strategists, to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to social media marketing.

Social Media Strategy: 

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve specific goals such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, and enhancing customer loyalty.

Others:

• Able to take clear instructions for ad-hoc tasks passed down by team leaders.

Job Requirements

 Responsibilities

• Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise copy.
• Proficiency in term of speaking and writing in three (3) languages (English, Mandarin & Malay).
• Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling, with an eye for visual aesthetics and design.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of performance ads, graphic design and video editing skills is a plus.
• Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
• A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
