This role is ideal for someone who is not just a developer, but also understands design, tracking, automation, and basic SEO.

Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Build and maintain websites using WordPress, Shopify, and custom-coded solutions when required.

2. Translate business and marketing requirements into functional, conversion-focused website experiences.

Implement and manage website tracking tools including Google Analytics, GA4, and other relevant tracking platforms.

3. Set up and support website tracking integrations such as Google Tag, Meta Pixel, and conversion events.

4. Apply n8n automation to improve internal workflows, lead handling, form integrations, and data sync across platforms.

5. Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, and optimized for performance across devices and browsers.

6. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and account managers to align website structure with campaign and funnel objectives.

7. Have a strong sense of website design and UX, not just development, ensuring layouts are clean, intuitive, and user-friendly.

8. Apply basic SEO best practices including site structure, meta tags, page speed, internal linking, and technical hygiene.

9. Troubleshoot website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks efficiently.

10.Support ongoing website improvements, enhancements, and optimizations for existing clients.

Bonus

1. Experience building landing pages for paid ads funnels.

2. Understanding of CRO principles and A/B testing.

3. Experience with hosting, DNS, and basic server management.
