We are looking for a full time Retail Assistant to take care of our retail store operation at Shah Alam Seksyen 13. We do offer commission

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily operation of retail store including sales, opening and closing
• Identify customers need and provide product informaiton
• Advise customers with product quality.
• Ensure customers satisfaction and great shopping experience
• Support sales event or campaign
• Maintain retail store good image, keep clean and tidy
• Monday - Saturday (8:45 AM - 5:15PM)
  
  

Job Requirements

• Experience in Retail. No experience (Training provided)
• Candidate must possess at least SPM or equivalent
• Good communication skills, preferably candidate with good command in Malay. 
• Organisational skills
• Customer Service Excellence (Friendly & Professional demeanor with customer service skill)
